[yocto-ab] YP Participant: Silica

Looks good to me and vote is  Yes. I have a question along with.
They have so much stuff listed under tools and software, are they
going to create their own SDKs for some/all of them
or supply the yocto based SDKs from other vendors, how do they use
Yocto project ?
