[yocto-ab] Proposed dates for the BSP Summit in Fremont, CA

All - keep in mind that Collaboration Summit is also in the SF Bay Area on
April 3-5. That will be the location for our April AB meeting, so April 2
would be one way to conserve travel.

By the same token, the August date is just before LinuxCon N. America in
San Diego. That is the location & time for our August AB meeting, so it may
not be ideal.
