All - keep in mind that Collaboration Summit is also in the SF Bay Area on April 3-5. That will be the location for our April AB meeting, so April 2 would be one way to conserve travel.

That is why we are looking at April 2.  We wanted to plan this at the front end of the Collaboration Summit rather than the tail end (folks taking off).

By the same token, the August date is just before LinuxCon N. America in San Diego. That is the location & time for our August AB meeting, so it may not be ideal.
Yeah, this might not also be ideal due to the fact that the LinuxCon event is an invitation only event.

 Per the last meeting, here are three possible dates for the proposed BSP summit hosted at the Mentor Graphics facility in Fremont, CA.

 The proposed dates are:
       - Monday, April 2nd
       - Monday, June 11th
       - Friday, August 24th

 We are exploring options for catering food at the facility and also have confirmed that we can, if desired, reserve the space for another day in the same week.

 Please send comments by the end of next week so that we can finalize the date(s).
