[yocto] update-rc.d 0.9 request

Is is possible to bump the version of update-rc.d
<https://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/update-rc.d/> to 0.9 ? New
functionality was added after 0.8 and a simple hash makes version
control harder.
