[yocto] nostamp is not working as expected

Hi Yocto Experts,

I wanted to run do_compile task every time and should not fetch from the sstate cache for the incremental builds. In the correspond recipe, I had set do_compile[nostamp] = "1"  and still it does not run every time. It is re-run only after clean sstate.

Am I missing something ? can you please help ?
