[yocto] busybox build failure

I turned on syslog in busybox via its menu config and the build now fails
with the following error

  /lib
  /lib/systemd
  /lib/systemd/system
  /lib/systemd/system/busybox-syslog.service
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they
are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
