[yocto] "bitbake core-image-sato" yields "No package 'gdk-x11-3.0' found" build failure

Both of these commands worked:

MACHINE=wandboard bitbake core-image-x11
MACHINE=wandboard bitbake gtk+3

2.
I've attached my local.conf.

If the attachment does not go through, then I will copy and paste it into
