[yocto] Two packages installing same file (with different content) to rootfs

Tracked down the problem to the fact that conflict checking in RPM 5.4.16 in Morty is broken.

Backported some changes from upstream and it is working for me now (i.e., detecting and
reporting the conflict.)

Subject: Two packages installing same file (with different content) to rootfs

Ran into an issue where we have two packages installing different
content for the same file in rootfs. Whichever gets installed last "wins".

I thought there was a check to prevent this. I'm sure I've seen a
warning/error like that in the past.

Is this condition detected? Should it be?

We're using Morty.
