I guess you need to select one of these two via preferred provider or
make sure that explicit dependencies on
each one of them are addressed to point to say cryptodev-linux only,
then make sure cryptodev-qoriq-linux
PROVIDES cryptodev-linux

in local.conf you can set PREFERRED_PROVIDER_cryptodev-linux =
"cryptodev-qoriq-linu"
