[yocto] Eclipse Yocto Plugin: Breaks Customize Prespective

Hi,

I have noticed that when installing the Yocto Eclipse Plugin in Eclipse
Neon (Ubuntu 16.04), I don't have access to the "Customize Prespective" in
Eclipse any more.

I'm installing from
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/eclipse-plugin/2.3.1/
My plugin setup points to /opt/poky/2.3 and /opt/poky/2.3/sysroots and I'm
debugging with real hw.

If I uninstall the plugin, it comes back.

Is there a workaround this?
