[yocto] linux-yocto-dev stagnated at 4.11-rc6

I was on vacation (and traveling) for the past few weeks, hence the
update cadence has slowed.

I just did an update of all the -stable kernels, and a new 4.12+ (most
likely 4.13-rc1) kernel will follow at some point this week.
