[yocto] where can i find the yocto-generated kernel config file *before* my SRC_URI content is applied?

   i'm sure there's an easy answer to this, but is there anywhere i can find
the kernel config file generated by YP just before my local, recipe changes
are applied to it? thank you kindly.
