[yocto] Added package to RDEPENDS in packagegroup, image that IMAGE_INSTALLs packagegroup not rebuilt

- Stopped Toaster
- Removed the two cache directories
- bitbake <packagegroup>

is working. It is running do_package on each of the packages in the
packagegroup.
