[yocto] 1.2_M3 Status

All,

This morning I branched poky/eclipse-poky/meta-qt3 for our 1.2_M3.rc
builds.

I am currently building 1.2_M3.rc1 with an ETA of 6pm PST. It will be
available at:
http://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/pub/nightly/20120229-1

Please ensure that patches for rc2 are pulled to those branches as well as
master.
