[Yocto-infrastructure] Autobuilder downtime Wed. Nov 20th.

The autobuilder will be unavailable Wednesday November 20th. from 10AM
to 4PM PST. (1800 to 0000 UTC). Builds, nightly images, and upstream
sources will be offline. Work may be completed ahead of schedule and
announcement will be posted here when work is complete.

Other services should not be impacted.
