[Yocto-infrastructure] Unexpected outage: downloads.yoctoproject.org

[Michael Halstead]

Downloads.yoctoproject.org was inaccessible via the Internet from 7:38pm
to 9:21pm PDT toady. The system was responsive via  console but network
couldn't be restored without rebooting. I'm still looking into the cause
of the issue.
