[yocto-ab] ELC and ELC(e) CFP

hi there,

I just wanted to remind everyone about the ELC and ELCe conferences
schedule. They are both some important conferences for the Yocto
Project, and we would like to encourage everyone to talk about what
they do with YP at such events.

* ELC is in San Diego from Aug 21-23

And the CFP ends really soon, on April 2nd

* ELC(e) is in Lyon, France, from Oct 28-30

And CFP ends on July 1st
