[yocto-ab] Member dues

Hi folks

The Yocto Project has two silver members who would like to drop for 2017.
The contract that was signed by all members states that dropping a
membership for a year requires the member to announce this intention in
November of the previous year. Neither of these organizations did this
before they received their annual bills in January.

So the question falls to the Advisory Board - how should we handle this
situation? If we pursue these members for their 2017 dues, we risk
alienating them to the point where they would not want to join again.
However, if we don't, we miss out on the revenue and also set a bad
precedent. (For the record - there has been at least one member who dropped
in a similar circumstance that we chose not to pursue, but it was several
years ago.)

Please let the yocto-ab list know your thoughts.
