[yocto-ab] ELC US schedule 2016

I was wondering about that. Right now we are discussing the possibility of a DevDay on that day, which would not be critical for most YP folks to attend. Another possibility, though, is an OE developer's meeting, which would be important for several folks to attend. I will talk to the OE board about holding the OE meeting on Friday instead.

The LF RT project is planning all day meetings on Thursday April 7 after ELC.  A few YP members are part of both groups (and perhaps more should be :).
What conflicts will we have?
