[yocto-ab] Online voting?

All,

  Although this topic has been brought up before, I'd like to refresh
the proposal on online voting.  Specifically, the Yocto Project Advisory
Board should consider adopting an online voting mechanism for
compliance/participant votes to start with and then potentially for
other votes, as necessary.
