[yocto-ab] YP Compatible: Enea Linux (for YP 1.5)

Thanks.  I asked because I recall the meta-arago and meta-ti layers being reviewed for each Yocto release that we want to claim Yocto Compatible for.  I'm more than happy to say yes here, I just wanted to see if there was some official review process I should be aware of or maybe hadn't seen yet since I just joined.
