[yocto-ab] ELCE Travel Plans & AB meeting

Hi all - as people get their travel plans straight for ELCE, I wanted
to make sure to set up the face-to-face Advisory Board meeting at a
time when everyone can be present. The time needs to be in the
afternoon in Barcelona to accommodate those calling in from the US.

Space is critically low at the hotel in Barcelona. I had intended to
suggest Monday afternoon 3pm-5pm for the AB meeting, but there is some
difficulty with finding an appropriate room. It would be ideal if the
AB could actually meet on Sunday afternoon, before the conference
begins, although I understand that not everyone will be there at that
time.

I will continue to pester LF for a room on Monday 3-5. However, if you
are planning to be at ELCE, please let me know your travel plans.
