[yocto-ab] A new player "OE Alliance"

Paul noticed the creation of a new git repo:

so it looks like the "ROM" people finally noticed OE-Core. For those who
don't understand that reference, these are people who create replacement
images for things like satelite TV boxes running linux. Something like
this was bound to happen if we were successful.

Sadly they haven't noticed the layer model yet and I wish they'd made a
better choice of name. Paul is raising this with the OE board but I
thought I'd give you all a heads up.
