[yocto-ab] Yocto Project badges

Hi all

As most of you know, I think, the Yocto Project AB organizations are
all now officially Yocto Project Participants. You may now use the
Yocto Project Participant badge, which is located at the download link
below.

Note that this does  NOT give express permission to use the
Compatible badge - each project or product must be evaluated
separately for Compatible compliance.

Please also download the Style Guide, which explains how to use the
badges to stay in compliance. This guide is still a draft, but should
be finalized in the next few weeks.
