1.4 cycle development focus

RP:
feature enhancements & overall themes
- core build system: performance, disk space, post install
  have features
- interactive mode to bitbake
- shared state for sdk/adt deployment
- PR server deployed
- systemd into core
- replace zypper with smart
- 2nd prio: replace sato? webhob?
re webhob: tobias & tobias interviewing people
system workflow side
- documentation, eg multilib
- best practices, eg for shared state

process is on wiki 1.4 feature page, auto updated from bugzilla

linaro - someone now assigned for a couple of months
want to merge in

ltsi plan to preannounce before their release & integrate, on track

show testing level for each package
get help from other organizations
linux-yocto 3.6, 3.4 available, switch poky-lsb to use 3.4

sean: separate financial contribution from source contrib
fine hosting layers & mailing lists
meta-fsl have to host outside contributions
encourage to contribute to costs
bill: if someone asks to host repo/list with vendor name but people
not working for vendor
get permission from vendor first
