1.4 cycle development focus

feature enhancements & overall themes

- shared state for sdk/adt deployment

- systemd into core
- replace zypper with smart
- 2nd prio: replace sato? webhob?

system workflow side
- documentation, eg multilib
- best practices, eg for shared state

process is on wiki 1.4 feature page, auto updated from bugzilla

linaro - someone now assigned for a couple of months
want to merge in

ltsi plan to preannounce before their release & integrate, on track

show testing level for each package
get help from other organizations
linux-yocto 3.6, 3.4 available, switch poky-lsb to use 3.4
