[yocto-ab] YP DevDay & other future training events

Hi all - I was tasked with setting up a "tiger team" to discuss future
DevDay events as well as other potential training events, either
standalone or coupled with other events (such as conferences).

I have tentatively set up a meeting Tuesday, Nov 13, at 10am PST. If
you would like to be at this meeting, please let me know and I'll add
