Agenda & Results:

Advocacy & Conference Schedule 2012
  Yocto Project Summit (Developer Day) at ELC
  Yocto Project BSP Summit

  meeting with LF this week to discuss costs
  first look at goals, then figure out budget
  both valuable, BSP fest seems most important to group
  BSP: suggestion to work with core group first, then board vendors
  BSP: members can volunteer space in SF Bay Area

  * Tracey to investigate both events & report back
  * at next AB meeting in Jan, set up tiger team for processes

Shoeleather Status
  some feedback, need build mgr feedback -> autobuilder integration
  AB agrees on need for board farm

Community Status
  Website overhaul
  User Experience survey & UX design

    initiatives underway, 2 different design teams
should have results in Q1

Advisory Board Issues
VOTE: Huawei joining in January as Gold member - no objections
ProFusion, Qualcomm, 2 others interested in joining in Q1

Process definitions:
- Gold members join at 45k, get 1 vote on AB
- Silver members join at 10k, get 1 accumulated vote for all Silvers
- Sponsors contribute at any level, recognized on site, not AB members
- Contributors
- Supporters get name/logo on page for written testimonial
 Membership:
- AB approves all new voting members
- AB has discretion to approve all existing members
- Members of interest groups not limited to AB members
- VOTE: Initial dues grace period now over - passed
- VOTE: make audio portion live - passed

Contributions in Kind:
- Contributions in kind apply only to budget line items
- Contributions in kind apply to AB members only at board's discretion
- Local engineering staff not counted as a contribution in kind

Action Items:
  * Jefro, Sean to investigate audio-only feed for AB meetings
  * Jefro to implement full audio record alongside minutes archive
  * Jefro to implement governance page changes on website
  * Jefro to implement "Supporters" page on website
  * Jefro to implement Testimonials page on website
  * Jefro, Bill, & Sean to investigate regular community meeting
