[meta-intel] D2800 Support w/NM10 chipset (Cedar Trail)

Unfortunately the PowerVR drivers for Cedar Trail are binary-only, so
you'll be stuck with compatible kernels.  If I were you I'd take the
drivers and kernel from Danny.
