[meta-intel] grubenv in yocto

Hi Guys,

We are planning to use GRUB as bootloader, using grub-efi recipe in poky/meta/recipes-bsp/grub-efi

This recipe by default doesn't install grub environmental variables.

What changes should I add in my own layer to create grubenv on the target rootfs.
