[meta-intel] The plan of upgrading kernel in meta-intel

Hi all,

Some issues are fixed in the last version of linux-yocto-4.1 (kernel 4.1.13) for our developing platform.

However, when checking meta-intel, kernel 4.1.8 still is used in meta-intel (checked the file of common/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-yocto_4.1.bbappend)

Do the upstream team of meta-intel have an plan for upgrading 4.1.8 to the last version of linux-yocto-4.1(4.1.13)?and when?
