We discussed this a bit on jabber. The new proposal is to make it a
MACHINE_FEATURE and add it to all the machine .conf files from meta-intel.
BTW the valley island issue is something else, it is building fine for me,
but not for him. So there is no real known issue with the ucode feature
there.
