The meta-intel dora release isn't finalized yet and therefore the
current meta-intel/dora branch isn't up-to-date, but the plan is that
yes, the dora branch will contain the changes that move both crownbay
and crownbay-noemgd to the 3.10 kernel and the crownbay (along with the
other BSPs that use emgd) BSP will use emgd-1.18 with the 3.10 kernel.

No need to wait for a point release, since the actual meta-intel release
hasn't happened yet.
