[meta-intel] [PATCH v2 0/2] Add support for emgd-1.16 driver

This pull request adds support for the emgd 1.16 graphics driver. And
for that it modifies the emgd 1.14 recipe & BSP configs so that
both the emgd recipes can coexist at the same time in the repo.

Further the emenlow & crownbay BSPs are changed to use the emgd-1.16
graphics driver. This has been tested by building and running
sato images on emenlow & crownbay BSPs. This also verifies that
emgd 1.16 support in the upstream kernel repo is working as
expected.

  Also the sys940x BSP is build tested with these changes to make
sure there is no regression for the emgd-1.14 support.

The fri2 & sys940x BSPs are still using the older emgd 1.14 driver.
