[meta-intel] [PATCH] Update preffered version for mesa-dri

  I would also like to try the wayland & systemd on some of the Intel BSPs. Where can I find the information to enable and test the things properly?  Is there a wiki I can follow?

I'm actually working on enabling Wayland on emgd - this is why this change happened..

So I'll take care of testing that emgd works with this mesa version, both on Wayland and on X11 -
and I'll confirm that this patch is ok . Please don't apply this yet.
