[meta-intel] [PATCH] Update preffered version for mesa-dri

I'm actually working on enabling Wayland on emgd - this is why this change
happened..

So I'll take care of testing that emgd works with this mesa version, both
on Wayland and on X11 -
and I'll confirm that this patch is ok . Please don't apply this yet.
