[meta-freescale] Build fail master |master-next for Wandboard

Someone decided it would be good to run repo sync on our build machine.   Did not know if anyone knows what the fix for this is now.

ERROR: Nothing RPROVIDES 'kernel-devicetree' (but /home/pbuild/fsl-community-bsp.morty/sources/poky/meta/recipes-core/packagegroups/packagegroup-core-boot.bb RDEPENDS on or otherwise requires it)

Looks like something similar to a bug reported on the TI list saying it was because of an OE change.
