[meta-freescale] is meta-fsl-ppc layer even used anymore?

For meta-fsl-arm I added, long time ago, a note:

For morty and newer releases, use the meta-freescale layer instead.

Now to be even more clear, I setted it to inactive.

The meta-fsl-ppc, I don't have control on the metadata to update it. I
am adding Luo to look at it.
