You can use the multiple Git fetch support for it. You can do like:

SRC_URI = "\
    git://foo;name=foo \
    git://bar;name=bar;destsuffix=bardestdir \
"

SRCREV_FORMAT = "foo_bar"

So the bar will be unpack inside the destdirsuffix; does it help?
