[meta-freescale] MPC8572DS with Dora

It looks that the mpc8572ds.conf was dropped after Danny. This is rather
frustrating.

Current mainline kernel as well as u-boot seem to have support for the
board.

Did anyone build for it using a newer Yocto version and up-to-date
kernel/u-boot?
