There are two issues:

 * you need to remove X11 and Wayland from distro features

   in your conf/local.conf:

   DISTRO_FEATURES_remove = "x11 wayland"

 * lack of qtbase-plugins

   The eglfs is included in the qtbase-plugins; so add it to the image.

I think this should address your issues.
