[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-ppc][PATCH 05/12] u-boot: rename to u-boot-qoriq

like u-boot-imx, u-boot-qoriq is supposed to be provided and supported
by Freescale. it uses latest u-boot codes on git.freescale.com
