[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-arm] twr-vf65gs10: fix missing kernel_module_mcc dependencies

We are in the process of preparing updates to the mcc packages
and kernel for the twr-vf65gs10, but I ran into a couple of build
errors which I didn't notice in my initial integration of these
packages.

The mcc userspace packages for the Vybrid Tower require headers
from kernel_module_mcc as well as the module itself at runtime.

This series adds these missing deps.
