[meta-freescale] Update gst-fsl-plugins from 3.0.8 to 3.0.11 on 3.0.35-4.1.0 Kernel

what about imx6D/6Q? any test on them?
I'm considering backporting this to imx6Q 4.1.0 as well. is there any
release-notes/doc talking about the difference? want to make sure it's
worth the effort.
