2013.10 is not available yet. It will be in a couple of weeks.

Use the master branch from http://git.denx.de/?p=u-boot.git;a=summary
and generate the patch against it.

Then send it to the list for review.

Ok, so from a device tree perspective you only need to describe the
usb1 host hardware like you did.

Make sure you are not missing any related config option for rtl8192cu.
