[meta-freescale] configuring gstreamer base package

Hi,

	I do not know about detail with gstreamer configuration.
	
	But there is some simple way to install specific gst plugin, i have tested it also in danny just now,

	just like what i said before:

	IMAGE_INSTALL += "gst-plugins-base-videotestsrc" :)
