[meta-freescale] tcf-agent on fsl-image-gui-sdk missing?

hello everyone,
I bitbaked fsl-image-gui-sdk earlier on.

also my local.conf looks like:

now, tcf-agent should have been installed in the rootfs image created. But it is absent. 
According to the docs http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.3.1/adt-manual/adt-manual.html#getting-the-images
-sdk images should have the tcf agent.

Is there some switch I have missed and not enabled?
