I merged the first 3.14-rt and was waiting for the dust to settle
before doing more updates (the same as more -stable updates I have
queued).

-rt is there, and I sent the recipe before yocto 1.6 dropped, and updated
it for 3.14.2:

commit 8dc545c511d765c0cbda32718ba296508b929a78
Author: Bruce Ashfield <bruce.ashfield at windriver.com>

Updating to the korg 3.14.2 -stable release.

I'll do the updated -rt content soon, was waiting for the early feedback
on the -rt list to clear.
