Confirmed to work here:

 > uname -a
Linux qemux86 3.4.9-rt17-yocto-preempt-rt #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Sep 4 
10:35:17 EDT 2012 i686 GNU/Linux

The fixes have been pushed out to the kernel tree, if you use AUTOREV,
you'll pick them up in your next build. I'll send SRCREV updates shortly
as well.
