The Yocto Project is happy to announce Yocto Project Dev Day taking place at Mentor Graphics Headquarters in Wilsonville, Oregon, USA, on February 24, 2017. This is the day after the Embedded Linux Conference & IoT Summit. Transportation from the Hilton will be provided. So make your plans to leave a day later and learn more about Yocto Project’s open source, high-quality infrastructure and tools.
During this one-day training class, we’ll walk you through how you can create custom-build Linux distributions for embedded devices, by using layers and recipes designed to resolve incompatibilities between different configurations.
You will be able to attend advanced and beginners classes according to your self-assess level. A preliminary schedule is available below.
Once again, we will make sure every attendee leaves with a development board of their own.

The early bird registration fee of US$179 is available through January 15. From January 16 through February 20, the general registration fee will be US$209. During the conference, the late registration fee will be US$249.
