For General Release:
•core-image-sato-haswell-wc.hddimg is the 64-bit bootable image available in meta-intel/binary for
Intel® 4th Gen Intel Core Processor With Mobile Intel QM87 and HM86 Chipset.
Note: All prebuilt binaries utilize a time-limited kernel. Yocto Project users should build their own kernel image in their end product.
Instructions on how to use boot the Image are also available in
meta-intel/meta-isg/meta-haswell-wc/README.
**Please download the Poky build system to your development machine.
$ git clone -b dizzy git://git.yoctoproject.org/poky.git
To execute 64-bit standalone applications, you need to enable multilib environment in your image.
The configuration below is needed in build/local.conf.
require conf/multilib.conf
DEFAULTTUNE = “corei7-64”
MULTILIBS = “multilib:lib32”
DEFAULTTUNE_virtclass-multilib-lib32 = “corei7-32″
Additional plugins need to be added manually in local.conf to support certain playback:
